AIK was the only club from Sweden that had teams playing during Lennart Johansson Academy Trophy 2019. They participated with three teams in Boys 2006, Boys 2005 and Girls 2005 respectively. Three teams played until 9-10 in Play-off; Boys 2005 won over FC Honka by 4-1, Boys 2006 lost against SC Heerenveen by 3-5 and Girls 2005 lost against Bröndby IF by 2-3.
In addition to this, AIK have participated in Lennart Johansson Academy Trophy before. During Lennart Johansson Academy Trophy 2018, AIK had three teams playing in Boys 2005, Boys 2004 and Girls 2004 respectively. Three teams played until 5-6 in Play-off; Boys 2005 won over Odense BK by 2-1, Girls 2004 won over HJK Helsinki by 3-1 and Boys 2004 lost against West Ham United by 2-3.
